Patience Rockey

For over 30 years, Patience has been assisting corporate clients and organizations design and deliver effective learning experiences. For 30 years, she directed Lotus Education Online and now serves as President of LEO and the RockTeam. For the past 10 years, she led The RockTeam into the field of online learning making us one of the leading supplies of online instructor-led and self-paced courses.

Patience says her specialty is helping organizations design learning offerings and infrastructure to maximize their staff skills and enhance productivity.

She holds a EdD from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
