Keith Brooks comes to the Rock Team after working with numerous customers and partners throughout the world over his 25 years of experience working in the IT fields. Keith spent 3 years working for Lotus while living in London performing roles as an EMEA Product Manager and Technology Advocate. Keith has been working with Lotus Notes since version 2, Sametime and Domino since they were in beta and completed the first migration of non-Lotus mail users to LotusLive/SmartCloud. Keith brings strong technical management and administration practices that will provide a more reliable support infrastructure to our clients.

IBM-Champion-logo-sm Keith has been recognized technology evangelist by IBM Redboks as a Thought Leader and has been an IBM Champion for the past 3 years. He is a frequent speaker at IBM and other industry events like MWLUG, IBM Connect, IBM Impact, The View – Admin, Lotusphere and SugarCRM’s SugarCon. In addition Keith co-authored a Quickr Administration book, multiple IBM Redbooks and Wikis and has been referenced on CIO.com.
