Attaining the Premier Partner designation with IBM reflects the RockTeam’s ongoing commitment to partnering with IBM and to providing client value through innovative solutions.

As part of the Premier Partner program, IBM conducts independent customer surveys to determine the success of solutions provided by the RockTeam to their clients. The RockTeam is being recognized for meeting and exceeding IBM’s high standards for excellence in this regard.

The RockTeam’s long-standing, quality relationships with customers and its wholesome collaboration with the IBM partner community allow it to work closely with clients to delve into the complicated world of how to make smarter decisions through business analytics, mobile flexibility, cloud computing, online training and state of the art computer design.

Fewer than 8% of all IBM business partners have qualified for this special recognition.

“Becoming an IBM Premier Business Partner sends a strong message to our clients and the business community that the RockTeam is committed to our company’s growth and to maintaining the legacy of excellence that we began more than 30 years ago as Lotus/Domino experts,” said Casas. “We will continue to work hard to ensure that this partnership with IBM remains strong and relevant. By providing smart and social business solutions, we and our customers can corner the edge that smart technology provides to the risk-takers and the established business community.”
