The Multimedia Library gives you access to learning tools that your users can quickly view or read to get help with a feature of the software, whether they are new users or have some experience with iNotes.

Each Multimedia Library includes courses, lessons and an extensive searchable topic list.

Courses cover a wide range of issues for both beginning and advanced users, and run in less than 90 minutes. Users can view the entire course or shorter modules, according to their needs.
Lessons are quick demonstrations. They are task-specific and can be viewed in less than 10 minutes.
Topics are video tutorials and written documents. They allow users to search for specific solutions, or they can browse the entire library. Once a topic is located the user can read the instructions from the document, play the video, or print the document.
