In this seminar, you will learn how to use the application’s Balanced Scorecard structure to set up an organization’s business plan, link data sources, and track progress. You will be able to create objectives and initiatives on your Scorecard, link your Scorecard to other individuals’ supporting objectives, and work with your ActiveInsight administrator to establish links to data and other information sources.
Audience:
The seminar is designed for business unit managers, other ActiveInsight users, ActiveInsight administrators, and other staff assisting users in setting up and managing the organization’s strategic plan.
Delivery Format:
Led by senior executive with extensive experience in business planning and risk management, this course will run for 4 consecutive days beginning on the start date.
