Through this seminar, participants learn how to use the application’s Balanced Scorecard structure to set up an organization’s business plan, link data sources, and track progress. They will be able to create objectives and initiatives on their Scorecard, link their Scorecard to other individuals’ supporting objectives, and work with their ActiveInsight administrator to establish links to data and other information sources.
Audience:
The seminar is designed for business unit managers, other ActiveInsight users, ActiveInsight administrators, and other staff assisting users in setting up and managing the organization’s strategic plan.
Delivery Format:
This seminar is designed for classroom delivery. It requires about 10 classroom hours. The instructor can customize the seminar to meet the organization's specific needs.
