To help support our amazing growth, we are seeking Systems Engineers to join our consulting team.

Position Details:

The Systems Engineers Responsibilities would include:

  • Help Desk Level 2/3 Support for our clients
  • Server Administration
  • Health checks and system audits
  • Implementation Projects
  • System Upgrades
  • Pre Sales calls for prospective customers
  • Project Management and Planning duties as needed
  • Assist on building Customer SOW’s and Project Scopes

The work needed for these positions can be done remotely, however a requirement for on site work does happen on occasion.  80% home based / 20% on site

Preferred Experience:
Looking for candidates with expertise and experience in some or all of the following areas:

  • IBM Domino Server Administration (v8.5 or 9 preferred)
  • IBM Notes and Traveler (v8.5 or 9 preferred)
  • IBM Sametime (v8.5 or 9 preferred)
  • IBM SmartCloud for Social Business
  • IBM Connections (v5 or 5.5 preferred)
  • IBM Websphere Portal (v7 or 8 preferred)
  • Project Management / Agile Training
