THE CLIENT ASSESSMENT

RockTeam will work with you and your team to assess the current state of your overall computing environment. This is important. Organiational and security risks can originate from anywhere.  Desktops, Network Devices, Servers, even Employee Device Policies. We’ll look at it all during our assessment.  Then we will discuss a path to get your business running on a foundation of best security practices that are consistently kept current.  Minimizing your risk for the foreseeable future.

SOLUTION DESIGN AND THE STATEMENT OF WORK

Here RockTeam takes the results from the assessment and puts it into an actionable outline.  This outline is our Statement of Work where we refine your specific requirements and the estimated budget expense.

SOLUTION DELIVERY TO SPECIFICATIONS

Check-points against the statement of work will be audited along the way towards delivery of your software and solutions.  It is not uncommon for additional project needs to be discovered along the way which will always be discussed and agreed upon upfront.

MEASURE RESULTS AND ESTABLISH ONGOING SUPPORT
